4 Bicuspids Extraction Reversal - Dished in Profile,trouble breathing,Collapsed Arch etc. Any suggestions?

Yes, there are dentists/orthodontists who are opening up extraction spaces and restoring those spaces with implants.  The impact this has on opening the airway is nothing short of amazing.  There is an orthodontist in California named Dr. William Hang who does this type of treatment and teaches other dentists how to do this.  With today's very light force wires and appliances this is possible.Hope that helps.

Never having seen you I have no idea what your situation is.  All I can say is that extraction of premolars done for the right reasons and done correctly do not cause the problems you are experiencing.  There are a small group of doctors who are very non-extraction oriented who believe that these problems often occur...the vast majority of orthodontists do not buy into this philosophy.Of course, you may have been mistreated initially and the teeth should not have been extracted, but before going into such a radical retreatment I would certainly get a few more opinions!
