I've been to a few orthodontic consultations due to 4 bicuspids extracted for braces at 14.The Ortho told me I had 2 options. The first, would be to open up the extraction sites and fill them with implants along with an expander and a reverse Headgear. The second, would require the same as above but, they will work on shifting my molars forward along with my impacted wisdom teeth to replace the missing teeth. My dentist told me an expander will ruin my bite at 19.What should I do?Please no surgery.

Hello, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately that type of situation is on a case per case bases. It needs to be discussed with your provider.Best of luck!
Hello, Thanks for your question. Braces can help to some extent however your concerns will be better addressed by a periodontist ( gum specialist) Go ahead and get a consultation, were you will get a comprehensive evaluation about your problem.Best of luck!
Often with orthodontics, things look worse before they look better. I suggest reserving judgement until done. Having said that, I doubt you would win a lawsuit. The only winner would be the lawyers.
