I’m 22 years old and I have a narrow palate. I’ve been breathing through my mouth since childhood and just now I started having awareness about this. My septum is a little deviated but my doctor said it doesn’t affect my nose breathing. My dentist said it is not necessary to do orthodontic surgery because it wouldn’t make too much difference. But I think my dark circles are too deep and my mouth is weird, idk. Speech therapist and nose breathing training would improve my esthetics? Thanks
