Is it possible to get a calf reduction for saggy calves and loose skin?

Hi, I am currently in the process of skin removal following weight loss of 120lbs. I have had arm lift, breast lift and fdl tt already, and I am booked to have lower back lift and thigh lift in april. The problem is I have saggy calves now with loose skin. I am finding it near impossible to find a surgeon that offers skin removal in the calves. Is this a thing that can be done?
