What is the best way to cover/ bandage a lower lip after Mohs surgery? (photo)

What are the best products to use to place a covering/bandage over the lower lip that won't stick to the wound but will stay in place? We did not receive any advice for post of care regarding re-bandaging.. will be needing to go back to work and want to cover it up
