If the 'gently rotated' step is skipped, is it still safe and effective to be injected?

PRP for hairloss using Vacutainers - Hi, My understanding is that after blood has been drawn into a vacutainer (ACVD-A) that it has to be "gently rotated" to mix the blood and anticoagulant before being put into the centrifuge. If the "gently rotated" step is skipped, is it still safe and effective to be injected?
