Crown first, then aligners? Or aligners then crown?

I previously had braces in my teen years, but my teeth shifted a little making a very slight overbite. After my baces I had a root canal in my front tooth, over the years it has created a slight discoloring, you can't really tell unless you look at it carefully. I want to straighten my teeth again but I'm not sure if I should get a crown on my front tooth or straighten them first.

I would have your dentist or endodontist check that tooth as soon as possible. I wouldn’t consider what you’re describing as normal.

See if the situation improves as often it does take a few weeks for things to feel normal. If the problem continues then suggest to your dentist to have the crown replaced with a new one.
