Potenza or neck lift?

Hello, I am 43 years old. I have been able to lose about 57 pounds using GLP-1 that I am still taking. I have recently had breast reduction, diastasis recti repair, and panniculectomy. I was hoping to avoid having more surgeries because I will have to stop taking my GLP-1 again and having surgery is stressful. I want to know if you think I am a good candidate for RF micro needling (Potenza) or if it would be absolutely necessary for me to have surgery on my neck and arms? This is for arms and neck
