Im currently using retin-a, now i can see that more blackheads and whiteheads are appearing. Can retin-a remove it? Or do i need to go to facial centers for extraction? thanks! :D

Retin-A has very little absorption into the body circulation, and is used together with Clindamycin (orally and topically) very commonly in the treatment of acne. Lidocaine (Xylocaine) has no known cross-reactivity with...
I would not suggest having filler injections if the face is severely irritated from Retin A.
Otherwise, if the face is not irritated, there is no problem getting filler injections. I would hold the Retin A the day before and the day of the injections, but otherwise no problems.
