Is it is possible for another dental office to replicate my current denture with zirconia materials?

I had all on 4 procedure done in CA. My current dentures are made of pmma. I have no issues with the way my dentures fit. My issue is with the material itself. I am looking to upgrade to zirconia dentures. My question is if it is possible for another dental office (in a region/location with more affordable prices) to replicate my current denture with zirconia materials. What is the average cost of upgrading to a zirconia denture?
