I got a bone graft and the membrane is exposed, should I be concerned? (Photos)

I just got a bone graft and anchor placed 1.5 weeks ago... the doc removed the stitches a couple of days ago... I noticed today that it looks like the membrane is coming out... should I be concerned by this? My next appt is still 3 weeks out to remove the membrane.
