I got 6 of my upper back teeth implants in 6 weeks ago. prior to my implants I was wearing partials. My dentist recommended not to wear them for at least a month so that the bone and the implant could integrate well. He said to avoid putting pressure on them. well it's been 6 weeks and I'm not sure if it would be OK to wear them since I can see some of the implant still on one side. what's the recommended wait time to start wearing them again?
