Of course I will ask my Dr. what expectations I should have and will to follow his after care instructions to a "T"... Is it reasonable in some opinions to think I could be in a bathing suit 5 weeks after the procedure for about 6 hours a day (no compression; warm weather vacation & hoping to join my family on the beach for a five or six days). Thanks for your additional input to what my Dr. will 'prescribe'. I'm not worried about the appearance of bruising. :-)

I believe it is okay to combine these procedures if the lipo is not very extensive. Generally, I like to limit surgery to about six hours per setting, otherwise I would split them up.
