Is it possible to remove the color in this tattoo without removing the black ink?

The watercolours in this tattoo vary from red to orange to deep muddy purple. I am unhappy with the colour scheme and would like to get the colours removed. However, I would like the black ink outline to remain in place. Is it possible to remove the colour without damaging the black ink?

This looks like you are developing a sarcoidal reaction/inflammatory reaction to the tattoo ink after laser removal, it may be a hypertrophic scar but that is more rare.  I suggest you see a board certifided dermatologist to evaluate this, a biopsy maybe needed.  The initial treatment...
