I just came from my dentist visit i went to refill a filling. my dentist said it could be from my diabetis medicine its called metforman 500mg which i take daily, the moment he injected the anestisia i felt burn and right away my face swollen what can i do and whats the cause can you help pls

I would highly recommend you see someone who is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ issues.  It is important, before anything is done to your mouth, to know what is happening to this complicated joint.  There are many things that could be the cause of your open bite....

Sometimes it is necessary to cement a temporary crown with permanent cement when the tooth is what we call short or not a lot of tooth to cement too.  Sometimes a patient will be traveling or they will be wearing the temporary crown for a while and we will cement it with permanent cement.
