Surgery 1: Remove front 6 teeth, Ridge preservation grafts #6-11, Particulate Grafts #6-11, Bone Morphogenetic Protein x2, General Anesthesia, removable appliance w/ 6 teeth to wear for 6 months while grafting takes. Surgery 2: Remove remaining teeth, Place 6 implants at 4,6,8,9,11,13, General Anesthesia, Placement of immediate prosthesis. Final Zirconia prosthesis placed a few months later. Total Cost: $45,000 ($20K to cosmetic dentist for prostheses, $25K to oral surgeon)
