Is Vivace an effective treatment for skin laxity?

Question

I’m not interested in getting ultherapy and it’s still too soon for a facelift. Is Vivace a good option or are there better treatments? I’m 44 and I only have very mild jowls and skin sagging right now - it’s probably more noticeable to me than it is to others.

Given your concerns and where you seem to be at with respect to the treatments you are considering, Vivace is a good option for skin laxity and skin rejuvenation. At my clinic we have seen excellent results with this device for skin texture, tightening and overall rejuvenation. Another new option to the market that would also be worth looking into is TempSure Envi. This is a radiofrequency device, where as Vivace combines RF and microneedling. The TempSure Envi really shines in addressing the issues of jowls and skin laxity particularly in the lower face. Hello - Yes! Vivace is a skin tightening treatment, and we have had wonderful results with treating skin laxity. I like to combine it with a small amount of cheek filler reverse the midface decent, volume loss, and skin laxity that starts to affect us in our 40s. For what you describe I would recommend three treatments spaced a month apart, with maximum results appearing 3 months after the last treatment to allow for full neocollagenesis. Hello, yes we love Vivace.  It will help to tighten the skin, alleviate fine lines and wrinkles, minimize pore size and improve the texture and tone of the skin.  The best part is you'll notice some of the results immediately and they will continue to get better.  There's also no downtime and it's virtually pain-free after a topical numbing agent has been applied.  We use either a stem cell serum or PRP with it for the best results.

Yes, it is a good one.  Vivace stimulates collagen production, improves skin texture, and reduces pores.  We add PRP (platelet rich plasma) to all of our Vivace treatments. PRP contains many wound healing factors. Not only does it speed up the healing process, it also stimulates collagen production and aids in amplifying the overall results.
