Hello - Yes! Vivace is a skin tightening treatment, and we have had wonderful results with treating skin laxity. I like to combine it with a small amount of cheek filler reverse the midface decent, volume loss, and skin laxity that starts to affect us in our 40s. For what you describe I would recommend three treatments spaced a month apart, with maximum results appearing 3 months after the last treatment to allow for full neocollagenesis.
