Is vivace or any micro-needling safe for someone with mild rosacea?

Microneedling is safe on patients with rosacea, but I recommend a combination approach to get the most improvement. Rosacea needs a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. For rosacea, I like a combination approach, using lasers (ProYellow, Pulsed Dye/Vbeam, Excel V, Aerolase which is also great for treating pore size), peels and botox to the cheeks. Hello - Vivace sounds like a great option to help with your skin texture concerns. The microneedling and RF combination will create more collagen to smooth the fine lines, shrink pores, and smooth acne scars. Thank you for your question.  I am happy to tell you that you are a great candidate for Vivace.  Mild rosacea may in fact improve with a series of Vivace treatments.  Vivace will also improve your skin texture, diminish fine lines, and minimize the appearance of visible pores.  For moderate to severe rosacea, I recommend a series of IPL treatment alternating with a series of monthly Kiss of Ice Frozen C Cryotherapy Facials.
