Is it possible that Invisalign caused my enamel to wear?

I started Invisalign 15 weeks ago and believe it has torn down my enamel. My teeth are stained as well and they have a clear hue towards the bottom - my dentist said it is my enamel starting to wear down. One doctor said this was common due to my bite being corrected. Is there anything I can do to reverse this? Can I still whiten my teeth?

I’ve been treating patients with Invisalign for years and I have never seen an Invisalign aligner stain teeth or wear enamel away. Proper Invisalign treatment and planning should provide perfect fitting aligners and the provider should see to that the aligners fit properly. There’s definitely more story to this circumstance.
