What's your professional opinion on 4-8 teeth extractions (getting braces) for my moderate crowding?

I'm a 34 y/o and been to a few consults for braces. 1st Ortho said it can be done without extractions. But 2nd Ortho said I need 4 premolars + 4 wisdom teeth extracted (wisdom are impacted but no issues yet). I have concerns of flaring & protrusion if I don't do it, but also concerned my facial structure will change if I do, I wouldn't want my chin any further back. Bit conflicted in decision and welcome any other professional opinion on extractions in my case based on my photos, thank you
