Its 7 weeks of my hair transplant. There is a whiye layer of paste like dandruff visible in my transplanted area after bath. Will it impact my hair growth.

You need to go to a hair transplant surgeon who specializes in repair work to get this fixed.

You can use D-panthenol foam or lotion, and leave it for an hour on your scabs, and then you have to do some gently massage to remove the scabs
