Hello i have a thin hair from birth and i want thick hair,can i make my hair more dense by getting some hair treatment or applying castor oil and other treatments

Minoxidil sheds occur when minoxidil dependent hair has grown. This does not happen in 3 weeks, it take much longer so you should be able to stop the medication now without worry
You seem to have black hair and have combed your hair so that the scalp is showing, This is not balding and anyone with your hair color who combs their hair this way will see their scalp.
Steroids are used for the treatment of alopecia areata, usually locally injected into the diseased skin directly and it usually makes it bettter, not worse
