Could a narrow bite cause sagging cheeks and jowls? I had braces age 12-15 but never wore my retainer. Now I'm 26.

Quickly my cheeks and corners of mouth are sagging. Youll notice my right side is significantly more saggy than my left. I also notice when close my teeth together and move my tongue along each side of my inner teeth, I have more space for my tongue on the left side. So would moving teeth into a wider position restore a lifted mouth/ cheek? I also heard removing molars creates sagging cheeks is this true? I have tmj and the right side of my face feels much stronger yet suffers more sagging?
