My head is tucked in the picture, but as you can see I don’t have a good natural development due to some bad Orthodontics and mouth breathing - while I want to push natural oral posture as far as I can go, I don’t know how far I can take it. One image is tucked and the other “normal” rest (I know I blocked my eyes in one but can you blame me lol?) I’d love to know what the procedures might be or what surgeons see to shift the bones in the maxilla forward and upswing the mandible - thank you!

Yes, the upper jaw has to be 'moved down' and measured at surgery to ensure the amount of movement. The teeth cannot be lengthened so moving the bone is the only true option. Talk to the surgeon. He can maintain the same bite
The actual bone shape at the angle does not with osteotomies so you need to have a jawline implant ( see website) to alter the contours. It can be done at the same surgery or afterwards. It is a very esthetic change
There are a couple of options. ideally you orthodontics and lower jaw advancement surgery. Howeve we also do masking treatment with jawline augmentation and a proper genioplasty to create a jawline which can look great ( see website).
