Do I Have a Polly Beak Deformity? My Tip is So Full.

I am seeing my surgeon again in 3 weeks and he said if the tip does not go down then he will do steroid injections. Will steroid injections work if I do need them? I am so worried.

An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon may be able to easily address this problem through a very limited incision and simply shave off the offending cartilage.

If you are referring to the idea of scar tissue affecting the rhinoplasty result this concept does not necessarily apply to the incision. The rhinoplasty procedure involves separating the skin from the underlying cartilage and bone to reshape it and then having the skin conform to the new shape....
