Does it cause the fake tan to be permanently imbedded in skin? What are the other causes for plasma pen creating splotchy deposits of pigment under the eye? What is the best way to get rid of this pigmentation?

Pigment left from plasma pen or any other treatment is usually from sun exposure to the area not yet healed.  For pigment, there are several products that may help, chemical peels, and even laser treatments to remove the pigment.
