What are these 2 lumps under my lips & can I get rid of them? (Photos)

I have these two lumps under my lips. They weren’t always there a just noticed them a few months ago. I’ve gotten lip and chin filler but nothing in that exact area so I feel like it’s not from that but I can’t be sure. I also noticed them many months after getting filler. Both the lip and chin filler I’ve gotten once and about 9 months ago. Does anyone know what these are from? Can I get rid of them?

Any injectable filler has the propensity to cause nodules and bumps in the lips. This is usually from an excess of scar tissue that may form around filler. If you bring this to the attention of your physician, it should be easy to improve upon. Based on your history and one posted photo, there must’ve been some filler migration, causing this lateral lump in the lower lip areas. Best to do facial ultrasound with ultrasound reduction using Cabella injections. Best of virtual consult with expect fees to be four to $8000. Regards.
