First photo is the day I finished Invisalign treatment. They look great, staring straight at myself in what I can only view as 2D. Weeks have gone by and I noticed I do not like the position of my upper right lateral incisor. I took a second mirror and placed it at an 80° angle against a mirror on the wall and those are photos 2 & 3. Asked ortho to address tooth 7 lateral incisor and all he did was put a dent behind my retainer on backside of that tooth. Help!

Unfortunately, it does appear that a new orhtodontic consult would be advisable. The current orthodontist should have closed the spaces, so having a second pair of eyes on the problem will probably fix it with new aligners or braces.
