I am 25 years old and when I was younger I got into substances and I got clean and now my teeth are destroyed. I know it's my fault for what I have done but I got my life together, have more than a full time job, and it's getting to the point that my teeth are getting in the way of my abilities to work. I love what I do and it saved my life so this is really hard for me. This would be life changing. This box does not have enough space to express how bad I need this.

Hello, 
I get many requests for a pro bono All-on-4. While I've seen some contests out there where you can basically raffle your name for the chance to win an All-on-4, it would not be practical to count on winning these. If your goal is to get the All-on-4 at a very affordable price you can do the following:
1. Go to a health fair where they do extractions and dentures for free (or a free clinic for this part). There are many organizations that do this. They have these events like 3 times per year. 
2. Go to a dental school (It's about 30% cheaper at a dental school) to have 2 implants placed on the bottoms. Have this connected to your denture. After saving up a little more, go for 2 more for the lower. 
NOTE: I teach dental implant courses where I offer implants at a discount because it is part of an educational course. This is also an option for you also. 
3. After you already have the implants placed, you will be much more likely to find a dentist who can "cut you a break" on the price for the prosthesis. 
Trying to get the whole All-on-4 bundle for free will be tough because it is a lot of liability and also a big expense to the dentist. By doing it in parts, I am sure you will be able to get the treatment done at a much lower pricetag.

Because you're so young, I hesitate to recommend a hybrid prosthesis such as All-on-4 as a first choice prior to exploring other implant supported options. I would consider a more conventional implant supported restoration that involves only the teeth (the crowns) and the implants without the bulkier materials that are inherent to a hybrid type of restoration. Also, keep in mind that more than 4 implants will most likely be indicated in your case. This all needs to be confirmed by an experienced surgeon and restorative dentist. Please get multiple opinions.
