Is Velashape treatment effective for cellulite or not? Will an EMS machine help to reduce my cellulite?

Third Generation of Velashape uses infrared Light, Bipolar Radio Frequency, Vaccum and message. With a series of treatments, spread out a week apart the velashape 3 does significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Proper hydration is impertive as well as a modearte level of activity.
