Is Velashape treatment effective for cellulite or not? Will an EMS machine help to reduce my cellulite?

I saw a lot of negative feedback in the site about velashape ,I already started the treatment towmorow my 3rd sesstion,I want to know is it effective for cellulite or not/PS: I paid for 10 sesstion and they also have viora reaction but the doctor told me that she will start with velashape sesstion which is 60minutes for my full thighs then they put me on EMS machine for 30 minutes,plz advice will this help to reduce my cellulite?also I tried before mesotherapy injection 10 sesstion and no result

Third Generation of Velashape uses infrared Light, Bipolar Radio Frequency, Vaccum and message. With a series of treatments, spread out a week apart the velashape 3 does significantly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Proper hydration is impertive as well as a modearte level of activity.
