Would Lumineers help with no tooth show? (photos)

Question

I have a small ish mouth and small ish teeth. I’ve had braces and a good bite but I don’t like how my teeth don’t show when my mouth is open or when I talk. I’d like to avoid anything drastic like orthognatic surgery and I’m hoping lumineers would be enough. I like my teeth so I wouldn’t want them to look any different just longer/more visible. I’m worried major surgery is my only option.

Definitely lumineers would be a good option, since shape and color would also be improved, but you would also have to consider dermal fillers in the lip and cupid's bow, as well as rhinoplasty, which would help improve the position of the lip and underlying tissues

We have used large lumineers that are added to existing small teeth that are not seen as in this photo. If there are no teeth under the lip in this photo, then lumineers would not help this patient to show teeth
