Broken capillaries/blood spots after Fraxel (Photo)

Question

I had fraxel laser and about a week after treatment I was rougher with my skin than I should have been. I had blood spots and touching them/lightly squeezing them made them much worse. I also caused a red spot on my cheek from sleeping wrong. It was like any slight touch and a new blood spot/broken capillary appeared. I am scared its now permanent. Is there a chance it can still fade with the collagen still coming in? I dont know what to do or why my face is still so sensitive.
