Thermage radio frequency does not remove fat.  It can tighten loose skin after a pregnancy.  You should wait until after the pregnancy and you are at your ideal weight before considering Thermage skin tightening. There are other options for fat removal such as UltraShape.

Thermage is a skin tightening procedure and not a weight loss procedure.  If you are interested in doing Coolsculpting for a given area to remove a bulge that would be most effective.  Best, Dr. Green

Thermage is a skin tightening procedure and not a fat reduction procedure. I do not recommend any energy based or injectable (Botox/Dysport, fillers) during pregnancy.
