i think my jaws are misaligned...what kind of surgery do i need?please help..by the way im 28 years old

You certainly do have an underbite that would be considered significant.  But not only that, but also your lower jaw is asymmetric, as you can see the midline of your upper jaw does not match with the midline of your lower jaw. Typically, the ideal treatment for this type of issue is a combination of braces and Jaw surgery. My suggestion is to speak to an Orthodontist, who is a specialist in braces.  A full diagnosis and treatment plan needs to be done by the specialist and they will be able to let you know all of the details.
