Can molars can be moved forward as a premolars?

Question

when i was 11, my canine tooth did'nt come out due to the temporary teeth aligned to it. and afterwards, my 2nd premolars extracted because of the cavities and next to it was the 1st molar too. is it possible to replace my 2 premolars by molars?

yes, tooth movement is possible with braces / aligner treatment. but it is difficult to say anything without seeing your case so its my advice to upload pics so i can guide you better.

Molars can be moved forward; however, it is extremely difficult to move their massive roots. In order to do this the molars have to be pulled against either the forehead using a headgear or against titanium pins inserted into the bone. Any attempt to pull molars against the front teeth will result in moving the front teeth back, not the molar forward. I usually don't try to do this and instead recommend placing an implant. The cost is comparable and the time is much less.
