I had a 3 set permanent bridge made with Zirconia material on my two front teeth and another one on the left. I’m missing a central incisor. After the permanents were placed they looked bigger than the rest of my teeth. It looks like I’m “bucktooth” and also the color is somewhat off. I’m not happy. I’m thinking of removing it all completely and having the process redone. What do you think?

According to prosthontics scientific literature, the average age for bridge is 10 years , it could last longer or shorter it depends in many factors like acidity of the mouth, oral hygiene and recurrent decay ...etc
Some times old bridges or crowns can be used as temporary till a new one is fixed with some modification. How ever Maryland bridge has a different design where only the inner surface of the tooth has this prosthesis. It would be quite crude to modify and fix this. May not be esthetically...
An implant usually is better, longer lasting, and easier to keep clean since you can floss between the teeth. Was there any reason the bone grafts didn't work? They usually heal very well.
