I am 26 year old female and I noticed sudden hair loss in 11/21. I was diagnosed with AGA from a doctor in Spain and I got exosome injections and platelet injections. I was prescribed dutasteride, minoxidil, and a finasteride topical mixture. I feel as though my hair is diffusely thinning and every part I make on my head is thin. I thought AGA focused on the middle part and crown. I am an anxious easily stressed person could this be TE? I ruled out iron and thyroid. I was low on vitamin D and B.
