I had PDO threads inserted for lifting nasiolabial folds 1 wk ago and am pretty satisfied w/results but they told me to stay away from any high-impact exercise such as jumping and runnning for 1 month following to avoid the threads from snapping. Is this really necessary? The only exercises they told me I could do are stationary bike and elliptical. I'm used to exercising intensely and am noticing in just one week how my body misses the activity.

Without an in-person evaluation, it is difficult to tell if you had a threadlift gone wrong. However, I would follow-up with your surgeon to discuss your issue, since it may be due to swelling or improper placement of threads. Best of luck!
