Thank you for your question. It appears that you have some perifollicular edema, which usually indicates a good treatment result. You can try using some hydrocortisone cream to help with the itching and a thicker lotion or balm such as Aquaphor after you apply the aloe vera gel. The red bumps should resolve themselves after a few weeks, avoid shaving or applying any irritating products to the area. Speak with you provider about your concerns, they can possibly lower the settings for your following treatments.
