I had dental implants done about one and a half years ago, and one of the implants itself has broken. I understand the broken implant now has to be removed, and replaced. The implant is from Nobel Biocare. The surgeon that has initially placed the implant reckons that the cost of the implant itself, ie. just the screw, is covered, but not the procedure to remove the broken one, and replace with the new one. Nobel's website states it is "limited to the replacement of the failed product"..
