Cheek fat grafting and CoolSculpting: Which one should I do first?

So I'm planning to get: 1. Fat grafting done to my upper cheeks and lips 2. CoolSculpting/truSculpt done to my jawline 3. Dimpleplasty. I'm just wondering which I just get done first and how spaced apart the treatments should be. Would it be ideal to get CoolSculpting and dimpleplasty done first and then wait for maybe a 1-2 months and then dofat grafting to my cheeks?

It can be difficult to know which procedure should be done first when you want more than one thing in the same treatment area (face for example).

In general, I recommend:
1. Do the largest procedure first
2. Do volume reducing procedures before volume replacement (like in your case). 
So I would recommend the CoolSculpting first (fat reducing). Wait until you have your results and then do the cheek fat grafting.

Another tid-bit of information on CoolSculpting for the chin/neck. I will almost always recommend that you do Ultherapy (Ultrasound Skin Tightening) along with the CoolSculpting. The improvement is worth the additional cost (but make sure your Ultherapy is done by a professional with a lot of experience).

Cheek augmentation with fat transfer improvs facial fullness and can be achieved by injecting purified fat into the cheeks. Liposuction will be performed to retrieve the natural filler it will then be cleaned and will be ready to be grafted to the cheeks for a more plump, youthful appearance. Coolsculpting, on the other hand, is a non-invasive fat reduction procedure. It Is based on the principle of cooling subcutaneous fat to the point that the fat cells are destroyed by the cooling process and absorbed by the body.
