36, blurry vision years after LASIK, could I get it twice & when?

Hello, I had Lasik 6 years ago; it went perfectly. I had 20/20 vision with the only problem of double vision when driving at night. Since the last 7 months, I have been needing glasses again for distance, with a measurement of -1 in both eyes. I've had myopia since I was 8 years old. When I had the surgery, I had -6.5 in my right eye and -5.5 in my left, and a little astigmatism. I am only 36, so I'm afraid of losing more of my vision. Could I get LASIK twice, and when should I do it?

When you use your glasses, if there is any correction of strabismus, lasik surgery may help.. but lasik may not help fully correction of strabismus.. at least your glasses number would be less than before after lasik surgery

You may have minimal astigmatism remained, this may cause galre halo.. enhancement surgery may be usefull for you but you will need near glasses for future...

The answer to your question very much depends on exam findings as there can be so many reasons why your vision is not sharp 6months after LASIK including but bot limited to dry eye status, refraction (over/under corrected), higher order aberrations, etc. I suggest you optimize your ocular...
