How to soften hard scars after 2 years post op labiaplasty?

Thank you for your question. Usually labiaplasty scars heal very well, but occasionally a hardened scar can develop (keloid). Ways to treat these times of hardened scars are with massage or Kenalog injections. Occasionally an excision of the scar is done if all else fails.

One way to address firm and possibly keloid scars it is to inject Steroid medication called Kenalog. Sometimes scar revision can be performed as well.
