I've just had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to fix the deviated septum.. my nose looks great but I can't help be drawn to how inverted the bottom half of my face looks. I know a chin implant/filler alone won't fix it. But what else do I need to fix my face shape. I'm really self conscious about my side profile. Thanks!
