What should I do for my hair fall as no results have been seen from Surbex Z and Vitamin E?

I am suffering from severe hair fall, my hair's condition is now very thin. I have done my prolactin and thyroid test these all are normal. Then I took Surbex z for 1 month and Vitamin E capsule for a month but no results I have seen. Please help me.

Dear concerned patient, do not panic.
the vitamins you are taking are not specific for hair loss. 
You can stop them and take hair vitamin-like nutrafol, but you need to give 3 months to start to notice some changes.

To address your hair loss issues, you need a diagnosis. This is your first step. Vitamin E does not help hair loss. Multivitamins help some type of hair loss but do absolutely nothing for other types of hair loss. Please get a diagnosis.
