I spoke to my orthodontist with my problem, and they told me they don't think it is the braces. They also mentioned that if it was, everything should clear up when all my teeth are straight. I have never had these symptoms until the braces with the bite plate to alter my bite was put on. I received a palatal expander that made the symptoms worse, but now it is off and the severity of the symptoms is moderate. I do not clench or grind. What should I do?
