I want to start home derma rolling I have a very mild rosacea, what is the recommendation about mm, what to use before and after (vitamin c and anti aging), how many times do I have to use derma roller?

For mild rosacea derma roller is not recommended. Rosacea is a chronic imflammation of the skin. Depending on what grade of rosacea you are suffering from you might benefit from laser and light treatments if it's mild or topical or oral antibiotic treatments. It is important to see a physician or dermatologist who is experienced in this area to be accurately diagnosed.

Start slow. 0.25 mm 4 passes only. Doxycycline cover 1 weeks prior, 3 weeks post, if everything is ok, increase to 6, 8 , 12 passes. If you want to add ascorbic acid, copper peptides etc... test patch an area first. Its slow and steady for patients who have rosacea. All the best, DR Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
