I want to start home derma rolling I have a very mild rosacea, what is the recommendation?

For mild rosacea derma roller is not recommended. Rosacea is a chronic imflammation of the skin. Depending on what grade of rosacea you are suffering from you might benefit from laser and light treatments if it's mild or topical or oral antibiotic treatments. It is important to see a physician or dermatologist who is experienced in this area to be accurately diagnosed. 

Start slow. 0.25 mm 4 passes only. Doxycycline cover 1 weeks prior, 3 weeks post, if everything is ok, increase to 6, 8 , 12 passes.
