Is my face really asymmetrical? More than normal? (Photo)

Rarely, if ever, are patients wrong when describing their perceived condition. You are very perceptive. I see multiple asymmetries: eyes are not level, ears are not level, shoulders are not level, cheek bones are not different sizes, lips and chin are not symmetrical, etc. Having said this, no one is perfectly symmetrical. Perfect facial symmetry is impossible to achieve but some things can be done to improve it. As Dr. Shapira points out, an underdeveloped maxilla is a common cause of facial asymmetry.
