Is it normal to have red spots on my nose almost 24hrs later from microdermabrasion? (photos)

I had it done at a spa on 3/31/18. When I got home my nose was red, and where I had pimples was red and the skin there was broken. The redness has gone away except for some spots on my nose. The broken skin are closed up. The tip of my nose has a small red blotch, Is this a broken capillary or will it go away? Is it possible she over did it?

Microdermabrasion is much like having your face sandpapered and it is normal to be a bit red at 24 hours and this will completely fade
