Microbladed brows faded to red. Do I need to look into removal?

Almost 3 years ago I got my eyebrows microbladed. I really liked the result but decided not to do it anymore and to just let them fade away. They begun to fade, but have slowly been turning more and more red (which mixes with my brown brows and turns purple-y). It’s not super intense but my eyebrows always look like they were just waxed. I was told that the pigment likely had iron oxide in it. Will this fade and go away on its own, or do I need to look into removal?
