Why won’t my Invisalign retainer fit on my back molar tooth?

My Invisalign slightly pops up on my back molar tooth and I just got it today. Could this be a gum problem or something. Even if I try to push it down or hold it down with my teeth, it still pops up on that one tooth. What could be the cause of the problem and how can I fix it?

Your teeth can be corrected with invisalign to close the spaces and improve the bite relation...HOWEVER, there are some gum problems that need to be properly diagnosed and treated BEFORE Invisalign can be started.
